RESILIENCE WORKSHOPS

Resilience is about how we cope with adversity and the ability to get back up again not about never falling down. During times of uncertainty, we tend to feel anxious and at times hopeless due to the large number of things we cannot control. Resilience is not a fixed trait and it is something that can be enhanced by learning different skills. This workshop will give you some ideas to help reduce anxiety and strengthen your ability to adapt to stress.
